“I don't usually give reviews unless I actually receive top notch customer service and these lovely sisters and their salon absolutely delivered! From the first phone call with them i felt welcomed and not an inconvenience at all which can be common place at many establishments today. This welcoming nature was extended throughout the whole experience. I received what would have to be the best wash, cut and blow dry i have ever had. Very very happy. I also treated my mum to a 90 minute pamper package and she was left feeling well looked after, welcomed, pampered and special. This is what I was hoping for her to experience plus more so thankyou ladies for making my mum feel so special.

“First impressions: Great location and easy to park. I walk into a beautiful, cosy, welcoming salon, love the natural look with the wood and plants, amazing use of the space. I was greeted by Steph who is absolutely lovely and even though I'd had a rough morning and wasn't in the greatest of moods, she made me feel welcome and happy to be there because of this. I love how the salon is small, it makes it feel more exclusive and cosy, i definitely wasn't in a rush to leave.
Treatment experience:
I got an eyelash tint and an eyebrow wax and tint.
Service was in a small, semi lit room with a lovely scent and soothing background music. This wasn't just a wax and tint like i thought in a chair in a salon with a bunch of other people, its the whole 'day spa feel' experience which I loved. Steph was so gentle doing my lashes and brows, and the wax she used didn't sting when ripped off, i thought it was too good to be true! Next thing I know i am all finished, would have loved to lay there for another 30 mins or so, I was so comfortable.
The whole service was fantastic from the moment I walked in the door and the girls were all super efficient and have warm welcoming personalities.
I can't wait to book in for my hair in a few weeks!!

I was always looking for someone a bit cheaper than the salons to do my hair but I never found anyone who was up to salon quality until I went to Sorelle for Hair! I got my hair done by someone who cut my layers extremely sharp, gave me a very harsh balayage line and just not the best colour. After that I went to a proper salon and even they couldn't fix it! But when I came to Sabrina, she managed to fix the sharp edges in my layers, gave me a gorgeous colour and the balayage I had wanted to begin with!!!
